1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item is in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

Used or opened cleaning products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used cleaning products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.


4. Return Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
